This brand new, custom built home offers unforgettable lake views, wildlife that includes Deer, Eagles (4 nesting Eagles), Loons, Bear, Moose, and even an occasional Bobcat. The lake will not disappoint you with the pristine waters for Boating, Swimming and Fishing! The NH Fish and Game stock the Suncook Lakes with approximately 750 Rainbow Trout. This two bedroom cottage sleeps seven with King bed in master bedroom with private master bath, and second bedroom housing one twin bunkbed and a twin over full pyramid bunk bed. If owner approves a pet, the $150 pet fee will be applied when making a reservation.
