The Annex is part of the original 16th Century Farmhouse which used to house the animals before the rest of the barns were built in the 18th Century. Entry to the cottage is through its own porch adjacent to the main farmhouse and then through its front door which opens into a fitted kitchen-dining area. The fully fitted kitchen includes ceramic hob and electric double oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. In the dining area is a woodburning stove fitted into a small inglenook making this a cosy place to eat your meals. There is a comfortable sitting room with TV, freeview, DVD player, video player and mini Hi-Fi. Leading from the upstairs landing is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The bathroom comprises a bath, wc and wash basin. There is a wall mounted shower above the bath at the opposite end to the taps with a glass shower screen. |
