Description

A comfortable Bed and Breakfast in a small villa, on the hills who surround Grassina, 4 Km drive from the center of Florence.

From Florence “Piazza San Marco” bus 31 connect Florence to Grassina (every 15 minutes).

Mrs Cristina will give you a warm welcome to her house. La Cappellina B&B is small and friendly: we have two rooms whit air conditioning and two bathrooms with hair-dryer for guests. Each room has its particular charm: the largest room is very luminous and have a privative bathroom outside, and the second room is well-lit, smallest, but nevertheless very pleasant and bathroom inside. Kettle, coffee/tea bags and a mineral water in the room.

The large sitting-room with fireplace and huge windows gives access to the beautiful terrace from which you look onto a wonderful landscape of the Chianti hills. The terrace, which is reachable also from some of the other rooms, has comfortable furniture for peaceful reading and relaxation.
During spring and summer, when the weather is warm, breakfast can be served on the terrace; guests can use the terrace table and barbecue facilities for preparing their own meals.

From here you get easily into Florence as well as to the heart of Chianti, Golf Ugolino ( 2 Km), like Greve (14 kms) centre of the Wine "Chianti" trademark, and Impruneta (8 kms), home of the famous "cotto toscano".

Policy

Booking Terms: Deposit of 30% of the cost of the entire stay (if the stay is for one night, the entire cost) by bank transfer or PayPal. The remainder of the payment will be made in cash upon arrival (+ fees of bank transfer). We apologize, but we do not accept credit cards and cheques.

Cancellation policy:

  • In the case of a cancellation, up to 20 days before the stay, the deposit, less expenses, will be returned.
  • In the case of a cancellation less than before the stay, the deposit will be retained.
  • In the case of a lack of cancellation (NO SHOW) the deposit will be retained.
  • In the case of a lack of cancellation, the room will be reserved until noon of the day after the date of arrival of the booking.
  • In the case of an early departure, the guest must pay for the entire period of the reservation.
