It is located in a small park-like estate and has a living room with large sofa bed), a bedroom with twin beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher etc, a bathroom with tub. In addition, a covered balcony, cable TV in living room and bedroom and parking space. In the quiet house on the edge of the forest, there is a heated swimming pool and a sauna. The pool has a constant water temperature of 28Grad and is available free of charge.

Sie befindet sich in einer kleinen parkähnlichen Wohnanlage und hat ein Wohnzimmer mit großer  Schlafcouch ),  ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler etc, ein Badezimmer mit Wannenbad. Außerdem ein überdachter Balkon,  Kabel-TV im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer und einen PKW-Stellplatz. Im ruhig gelegenen Haus am Waldrand, befindet sich ein beheiztes Schwimmbad, sowie eine Sauna. Das Schwimmbad hat eine konstante Wassertemperatur von 28Grad und steht Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung.  

Nichtraucherdomizil. Für gehbehinderte wenig geeignet, da einige Treppen bis zum Objekt.

Die Wohnung ist mit frischer Bettwäsche bezogen, die Handtücher liegen für Sie im Bad bereit – also sofort zum Wohnen geeignet.
