Description

CASA ROSA is a traditional stone farmhouse set high in the green hills of Umbria, central Italy, some 10 km (6 miles) north-east of Assisi. The house is divided into four holiday apartments - one large apartment occupying the whole of the first floor, two smaller apartments sharing the ground floor and one apartment in the converted stables.

Living room with fire place, dining table and 6 chairs, easy chair, Internet Wi-Fi access, wood-burning stove, access to balcony with panoramic views over the national park. Kitchen area with gas hob & oven, sink, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, iron & ironing board. Bathroom with terracotta tiles, with large level-entry shower, basin, bidet and WC. Bedroom with large double bed, decorated furniture, armchair.
Sunny sittingroom with sofa/divan (sleeps 2), decorated furniture and tapestry wall hanging, panoramic views. Single bedroom with built-in cupboard and shelves, writing desk and chair. Washing machine available in separate laundry room. Private south facing balcony with table and chairs for al fresco meals and lovely views over wooded valley. Access to pool with spectacular views and BBQ.
