Weekly rental rate - $2,420 per family of six or less. $500 deposit to reserve week. Refundable only if week is re-rented.

$500 refundable security deposit. Deposit will be held until final inspection of property. Guests responsible for all damages.

Check in at 5 PM Friday with check out by 12PM on the following Friday. (Owner will meet guests for check-in)

Full rental amount due upon check-in with owner.

Rent is subject to 5.5% WI sales tax and 4.5% local room tax.
