Manly is Sydney\'s original seaside resort. Only minutes from Australia\'s largest city, Manly (known for decades as one of Australia\'s greatest surfing beaches), combines the relaxed atmosphere of a holiday resort with the cosmopolitan feel of a major destination.
- Manly is visited by 5 million people Annually. - Over 100 restaurants and cafes
Manly is a peninsula, bounded by the sea on three sides.
- The oceanside surfing beaches and coves for active water sports: surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, snorkelling and scuba diving. - Manly Ocean World with opportunity to dive with sharks and other amazing marine creatures. - Or simply sunbathe, take a dip in one of the saltwater swimming pools or swim off the patrolled beaches. - Or enjoy the sheltered sandy beach and gentle waves of Manly Cove, on the harbour side right next to Manly Wharf - ideal for family picnics, sailing, fishing, building sandcastles or just relax in the sun. - Or take a bike ride to see the many natural and man-made attractions of the Northern Beaches. - Or explore other attractions of Sydney (if any time left!).
