We welcome you to our site, where we describe our apartment available to you, the excitement of southern France, and describe how you can start your vacation adventure.. Antibes is a charming, small, provincial town located between Nice and Cannes, just 20 minutes from the Nice Airport. This town offers three lifestyles within the city: The old town charm with narrow streets dating back from 500 BC, the Marina and beach coast that offers all of the fun and excitement of the French Riviera, and the modern town which offers a taste for the everyday life of the French in southern France. Our apartment is located just three blocks from the beach, minutes from the old town, and convenient to local shops, bakeries, Newsstand, and Supermarche''. Located on the  fourth floor on a modern apartment building, you experience the life of the typical French who live in Antibes year round. The living room is spacious, and connected to  a comfortable balcony, a kitchen with all the essentials to create your dining pleasures, and a dining area that seats four. The master bedroom has a queen bed( firm by French standards), balcony, and a  large French bathtub with shower attachments, and bidet. The second bedroom has two twin beds,  a connecting balcony, and bathroom with shower, just down the hall.

Our Apartment is located on a quiet residential street just off the main boulevard which connects the beach and the main square. We are two blocks from the beach and minutes from the old town. Our apartment is located on the 4th floor of a five story modern building. Upon entering, you first enter a reception area which connects to both the kitchen and Living area. As you can see above, the kitchen is a long galley kitchen, equipped with electric stove, oven, coffee maker, and refrigerator. All cooking utensils, and service ware are included, as well as basic spices and ingredients. The living area consists of sofa seating area, and dining area for four. This room has a small stereo and CD player as well as a television with local channels. The telephone is available for local use and will take any incoming calls. You may use a calling card for long distance calls We do not have Internet access, but there are Internet cafe's that offer the service nearby. The sofa does pull out to a sofa bed, and linens are kept in the armoire. Connected to the living area is a good sized balcony which has a small table to seat four for dinner, as well as a few lounge chairs for relaxing. The sliding glass doors can remain open, and provide great breezes in the evenings.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, and large bathroom with French bathtub and attached hand shower, and bidet. A walk-thru closet
separates the bathroom from the bedroom. A balcony is off the bedroom, and has electric shutter blinds. The second bedroom shares the rear balcony, and has two twin beds and double closets. The second full bathroom is located down the hallway, and has a small stand-up shower. The floors are polished marble, and walls are fabric covered adding warmth and softness to the apartment. There is an iron and board as well as hair dryer, but overall not much gadgetry. There is a self service or drop off laundry service down the street if needed, however the French tend to hand wash clothes and hang clothes to dry on the clothes rack located on the balcony. We do offer a weekly cleaning service when staying for more than one week, and added services can be provided at  an additional charge. Our local representative is available in the event of an emergency, and we provide lists of doctors should the need exist. We have maps, restaurant recommendations, and books available for your enjoyment.
