About the Owner

This is a very safe neighborhood and very central to a lot of attractions (Disneyland, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Hunting Beach, Newport Beach, Staple Center, Legoland, etc). Anaheim does have a noise ordinance ranging from 10pm to 9am. No loud noises during that time period and if there are complaints you can be fined. The Renter's fine violation by the City of Anaheim is as follows: Minor Guest Violation - $200 fine Major Guest Violation - $500 fine Please also note that taxes for the City of Anaheim is just not on the nightly rate so changes in the tax amount for any given quote can change. Also, credit card fees may apply.
