Description

The Cascina Bricchetto Langhe, that is situated in the community of Trezzo Tinella (Cn) about 10 Km from Alba and about 3 km from Barbaresco, has been built with Langa stone, , warm in winter and fresh in the summer; it is situated at the top of a hill surrounded by vines and groves, at an altitude of about 600 meters, and includes two “Homes Rentals", made out of the central part of the old building. Each vacation house is completely independent, equipped with a balcony, a fireplace, and all comforts, it has been furnished with both antique and very modern pieces. ADSL wi-fi.

It is possible to rent the whole house or just one single room. However, if you need more room or this property is already booked please contact us about renting our larger vacation house Ca dra Topia.

Should you like to enjoy not only the beauty and peace of the Cascina, but also the most striking artistic and historical expressions of the area, just a few kilometers away you can reach the towns Asti-Bra-Torino and  reknowned Castles of Barol o, Grinzane Cavour, Govone, Alfieri, Novello, Verduno, etc.

The town of Alba with its medieval towers, the old arcades, and the museums, is about 10 Km far.

Policy

Deposit: full 30% of the total expense, to be transferred to my bank account you can also use the Pay Pal system and :transaction costs are paid by the guest.This advance payment will be used as guarantee to cover any damage as well as the cost of the consumptions.This will be returned to you at the end of your stay (minus costs and maybe breakfast, wine...) assuming there are no breakages.

Gas & heating: gas GPL that will be calculated using the heating meter, Euro 6  for meter cubic; wood logs can be used in the fireplace, the cost of each supply of firewood is € 35 Euro.


Tourist tax: Euro 1,5 per person per night.

Final cleaning: 120 Euro.

All costs are referred to 4 people.

The view is extraordinary; a sequence of hills overlooked by Monviso and the Monte Rosa massif. A walk or a drive of about 3 km will bring you to the village of Barbaresco. While Alba, a town with medieval towers, old arcades, and museums is about 10 Km far away.

About the Owner

More than nineteen years ago I bought “Cascina Bricchetto Langhe” , and some time ago I left my consultancy business and settled here to manage the farm operations.I would like to share this marvel with other people as well and so I started renovating to create two completely autonomous accommodations to be used for farm holidays. Why I Chose the Langhe: For the beauty of the landscape, the character of the local people who are kind and discreet and the charm of an old stone farmhouse. For an area where old traditions and rituals are still alive and for the excellence of local produce: wines (Arneis, Barbaresco, Barolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Moscato ...), and foods that change with the seasons
