The downstairs features one brand new bedroom, which is a two room suite. The bedroom has the best quality pillow top mattresses for ultimate comfort.

The kitchen is entirely remodeled and updated with all new stainless steel appliances, and is stacked to satisfy the needs of the finest chef. The new indoor furniture has been chosen with attention to quality and design, and the colors and fabrics all complement the classic feeling of the cottage.

The full bath arrives with towels, shampoo and soap. On the farm enjoy seasonal creeks, a fishing pond, fruit orchards, miles of hiking and mountain bike trails. While here hike to the ridge top and replenish your spirit with an unrivaled ocean view sunset overlooking the entire Estero Bay, or kayak and fish at our personal pond.

The vacation rental rates are $80 per night. Rates are subject to transform without notice.

The apartment is registered by the Greek Tourist Office, category A/ 3 keys.

30% on booking confirmation. Rest amount cash the day of the arrival.

 

Cancellation: 21 days prior to arrival full refund (minus expenses), otherwise a 50% penalty is applied on the total amount of the reservation.
