The village of Abrucena is accessible from the carriageway A-92 between Almeria and Guadix, at exit 336. Then you continue along the local road AL-5403 to the village. Just entering the town we found a fork; on the left we go to the town square, but you continue on the right along the village towards the mountains. We will take this road right to the Cortijo Abruvilla, Casa La Solé and Casa El Cerrillo. To reach the cottage, you continue on the road leading to the mountains (the same road leading to the Recreation Area "La Roza"). About 2 km. past the village, leave this paved road and turn left on an unpaved road that leads directly to the Cortijo Abruvilla.
