Description

This luxurious apartment is on the first floor of Allachy House and is located in its own grounds overlooking the tennis court and bowling green within the village of Aberlour.

The accommodation comprises of a large twin bedroom, second twin bedroom, double bedroom, lounge with dining area, en-suite bathroom and shower room. A modern fitted kitchen complete with fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster and a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board with iron. There is ample parking and an established garden for barbecues and relaxation.

Aberlour High Street is only 2 minutes walk from the house with facilities including: butcher, pharmacy, post office, tackle shop, saddlers/ ironmonger, boutique, coffee shops, hotels, restaurants and the world renowned Walkers Shortbread factory and shop, all providing excellent service and scottish cuisine.

Policy

A Deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation and the balance is due 7 days prior to your stay.
Deposit of £100 is required to cover the costs of any damage/breakages which is refundable. There is also a no dogs policy
