Description

Joseph’s Vacation home is a beautiful Caribbean style home with a lovely view of the Caribbean Sea looking north. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Amenities are integrated throughout with comfort uttermost in mind.
 
The house is fully air conditioned, with split units in all rooms, though given Antigua’s equitable climate, air conditioning is often not needed, and the also installed ceiling fans, or just the almost year-round trade wind breezes which Antigua enjoys, are all that is required.
 
The master suite is spacious, private, en-suite and boasts its unique feature of “two full baths”.  For relaxing moments, the first of the master’s baths embraces idyllic moments to be enjoyed in the sunken Jacuzzi, with ten jets and overhead recess lights. Guest bedrooms one and two use a shared bath.
 
The kitchen is at the home’s entrance and is fully equipped with every appliance imaginable, table ware, cutlery, cooking utensils and additional gadgets to make being in the kitchen an enjoyable task.  Dining and Living areas are inviting and relaxing with high definition television, large sofas which are also recliners and the cooling breeze flowing through from the front patio on the south, island side, and the back patio on the north, coastal side.
 
At Joseph’s Vacation home, we provide additional amenities for a vacationing family or a business group to stay connected while travelling, by providing wireless internet and cable.
 
Joseph’s Vacation home is within the Boons Haven community in Crosbies, one of the coastal areas on the north side of Antigua. The Boons Haven community is all about tranquillity – it is a quiet and peaceful area, yet close to the beaches and other attractions of Antigua, including the capital city of St Johns.  Daily activities are endless, choices are numerous. See link to Antigua Nice or Antigua Tourist site if allowed, or even your Antigua page. Water sports activities, kayaking or sailing can be arranged with a hotel of choice. Dining options are many and varied, whether at the nearby Blue Waters Hotel or at one of the à la carte restaurants within the area. Jabberwock Beach, the American University of Antigua (AUA) and the V C Bird International Airport are all within easy reach.
 

The short term rental package includes:- airport pick-up and drop-off, once weekly cleaning service.  Other services  such as baby sitting, chauffeuring and events planning can be prearranged.
