Close to area amenities, like: Shopping, Groceries, Restaurants, Fishing, Municipal Pier, Jetties, Theater, Downtown Venice Avenue and More! 1/2 hour south of Siesta Key Beach! 2-3 hours from Disneyworld and minutes to the Mote Marine Aquarium.
 
Unique Benefits
The main attraction to this beachfront hidden gem is the beach itself. Our condo complex is situated directly on Golden Beach which is located on the beautiful Island of Venice, Florida. To access the beachfront, there are no long walks or car rides to take to get to the beachfront. Guests simply take a short 100 yard walk to the west, along the common east/west sidewalk withing the condo complex where they will arrive at or pristine beachfront.
 
Another main attraction to our beachfront condo complex is that it includes a huge Olympic swimming pool for all guests and resident to use for the relaxation and enjoyment.
 
The other reason that makes our beachfront condos unique is the two beachfront gazebos located at the west end of our condo complex. The gazebos provide a perfect spot to watch and enjoy the pristine views of the Gulf of Mexico and some of the most gorgeous sunsets that can ever be seen.
 
Lastly, we chose Venice, Florida because it is know as "The Shark Tooth Capital of the World." Many residents and guests alike enjoy partaking in combing the beach for fossilized teeth from prehistoric sharks. With storms and waves naturally occurring, the fossils are slowly driven into the shallow waters and then up onto the beach.
 
Why Kids Love It
Children tend to love our beachfront condos too. They love searching for fossilized shark teeth or shells on the beach and making castles in the sand. Kids also enjoy the Olympic swimming pool once they had their fun on our beachfront.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE OF ANY FUNDS RECEIVED BY VENICE VACATION RENTALS FOR A RESERVATION CANCELLATION UNLESS A WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE IS POSTMARKED AND RECEIVED BY VENICE VACATION RENTALS NO LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF SCHEDULED ARRIVAL.

About the Owner

Venice Vacation Rentals is a family business that is owned and operated by a father, along with his two sons and their wives. Our family owns and leases five (5) beachfront villas that are all located within the Villas of Venice condominium complex. We typically visit our beachfront condos at least once or twice a year to vacation, replenish supplies, and assess any needed maintenance issues. Our family currently resides in Southeast Michigan, but we look forward to permanently moving to Venice, Florida in our future retirement years. Although we live in Michigan, we employ a very professional cleaning crew and maintenance team to keep our condos exceptionally clean and in great repair.
