This professionally furnished one bedroom, one bathroom apartment offers ample living area. The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a TV, and DVD / CD player. The Master Bedroom has a King-Size Bed, a TV, and a huge private bathroom with a garden tub, a separate shower, a double vanity with granite tops and a large walk-in closet.

The kitchen is equipped with the top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and is fully furnished for the gourmet cook. The apartment vacation rental is a relaxing, secure, community with escalator with hot tubs and very well maintained grounds.

You will have your private key code to enter the complex and there are several security cameras and personnel onsite as well.

The apartment vacation rental rates are $80 per night.

    90,00 euros per night 4 pax
    480,00 euros per week 2 pax
    510,00 euros per week 4 pax
    1290,00 euros per month 2 pax
    We got special rates for holy week and April fear of Seville
    For reservations over 600,00 euros, holy week and April fear of Seville, we will ask for a 50% bank transaction.
    We charge 20,00 euros for arrivals after 22:00 hours.
    Until confirmed rates a subject to change without a notice.
