Welcome to trendy and happening Condado in the center of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and near the best Hotels and Casinos in San Juan. Walking distance to the beach, La Concha Hotel is half a block away, Marriott Hotel 3 blocks away, Atlantic Beach Hotel is down the street.
Condado has numerous cafes and restaurants, the best pubs and hang outs in the city. Outside the condominium in Ashford Avenue it is very easy to find bus stops and taxis, my apartment covers all your needs while offering a breezy retreat from it all. If you're driving, there is quick access to the expressway for just a 15-minute drive to the airport, 10-minute drive to the old city and a 4-minute drive to the mall.
Beautifully decorated, Mediterranean style, my apartment offers comfort and style with comfy beds, plush pillows and fluffy towels. A king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom plus a fold-up mattress, comfortably fit 6 to 8 guests. The large table in the dining area, fits 6 dinner guests. The open style kitchen is fully equipped, including washer and dryer. The 2 bathrooms offer facilities for all guests. The Condado beach provides plenty of play area for kids as well as adults.

You'll have access to the garage using a beeper that we provide, your amazing apartment has a balcony that oversees the Ashford Avenue.
In the second floor there is a common area where you can sit and enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean. Whether it's relaxing in the sun, taking in the sites of the bustling city or relaxing with friends- the Da Vinci Condominium is the perfect destination to escape to for a weekend getaway or week-long stay.
Guest will be provided with two sets for keys and one garage opener. Each set of keys if lost or missing will be charge at a cost of $200.00 per set of keys and the garage opener $100.00. Please make sure you don't lose keys and return garage opener upon departure.
Interaction with guests
We respect our guests' privacy but are always just a phone call or text message away. Our spacious guest accommodations feature charming one-bedroom, two bedrooms or magnificent 3 bedrooms apartments. Accommodations can sleep either 2, 4, 6 to 8 and some apartments up to 10 people. Comfortable queen size beds, king size and twin size beds, large living and dining room areas & flat screen televisions await guests. Our apartments offer kitchens. Entertain or relax without leaving the apartment.
