Villa Tortuga is a Triplex unit designed with an open floor plan.

On the first level the living and dining area windows open wide to enjoy the ocean breeze while hosting a meal for 10 at the harvest table. There is a 64 inch flat panel smart TV in the room so all can share in a movie or sporting event. The newly installed gourmet kitchen is fully equipped featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island with bar stools. Also on this level is a laundry room, a half bath, and a unique Shoji room to be used as an office or bedroom area for your guests.

The second level has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen smart TV, vaulted ceilings, and expansive windows that open to the ocean. A walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and large shower complete the master suite. The second bedroom is light filled with a queen bed, large windows, beautiful built in wood furniture and it’s own flat screen smart TV. The third bedroom is quiet and serene with a queen bed, generous closet and lots of privacy.

At the top of the dramatic architectural stairway, the third level opens to a stunning terrace and wet bar. Soak up the sunshine, enjoy an evening drink, or perhaps practice yoga on the beautiful 550 sq ft private terrace.

Villa Tortuga can comfortably sleep 7 including the pull-out sofa in the Shoji room. The laundry room, AC thru out, Cable TV and internet are a few of the key comforts of home included at Villa Tortuga.

Carl, Ron Pate are brothers with 3 children each , and Sean-Nancy are very good friends with one son,we vacation and travel together and with our families. We enjoy traveling and vacationing as a family and we look for places that are family centrist. We purchased this property in 2017 and spent 5 months renovating this and making several trips to make sure that our vacation home is outstanding with all the comforts and amenities! We have VRBO is Stratton Vermont as well as in Rincon PR. And we have been looking at Costa Rica for the past 3 years.... we feel like we have found the perfect, tranquil relaxing vacation get away that we love in this beautiful country! Fantastic location, lovely setting, did yoga & tai chi on open terrace on top floor & on deck by private pool on property. Plus super short easy walk (basically flat)to beach & back made life easy & relaxed. Property is beautifully maintained, private gate with parking, security guard always there, but felt totally safe didn't need him, he was really friendly. Great restaurants close by, had amazing day sailing, snorkeling & massages at the condo thanks to manager recommendations, plus had incredible day zip lining, & thermo pools at Rio Perdido, easy & scenic1hr drive from condo. And having lots of amenities was appreciated by everyone for the flat screen TV movie night. Best of it all, saw monkeys in the trees down the road, some beautiful birds, walked the lovely beach & swam, then felt so nice to walk in to air conditioning, clean inviting space, settle in & relax. Perfect combination of modern luxury condo in beautiful natural area. Not enough time to do everything we wanted. Property manager was amazing in arranging everything we wanted. Would definitely come back here.
