Ours is a AAA rated 4 star Bed and Breakfast not a whole house for rent, but you can always book the whole 3 rooms (7 person max).  You need to go into our website to consult our calender as this site's calender is not accurate or updated. 

When you book with us, you must call us or email us to receive your code to get in and so we can say hi and ask you breakfast questions.

If you cancel within 14 days of your stay you will not receive a refund.  Outside of 14 days before your stay you will receive a full refund.

All rates for the Master and King Bedrooms include breakfast and daily room cleaning.

Master Bedroom:  Single:  $180.00 AUS per night.  Double:  $190.00 AUS per night.  Queen bed. Additional Single (in trundle bed):  Add $30.00 per night.

King/Twin Bedroom:  Single (in a Single Bed or King Bed):  $170.00 AUS per night.  Two People in Twin Beds or King Bed:  $180.00 AUS per night.  Additional Single (in trundle bed):  Add $30.00 AUS per night.

Garden Bedroom:  Two Night Minimum: Single: $170.00 AUS per night. Double: $180.00 AUS per night. Queen bed. (As described on the Indoor Features page, breakfast is only provided on the first morning as this room is more self contained and it receives weekly room cleaning and linen changes for the longer staying Guest/s.).

Special Family Rate:  Utilise any two bedrooms and bathrooms (Master and King Rooms are preferred as this gives you exclusive use of the guest lounge dining):  $330.00 AUS per night.  Additional Single (in trundle bed):  Add $30.00 per night.
