My name is Raymond and I bought this property because I love to body board, shoot photos of nature, and learn about new cultures. I love to spend time in Cost Rica with my friends and family. I have two dogs and I love to BBQ and walk the beach. I have owned this property for over 12 years, and it is one of the greatest places in the world. When I am not in Costa Rica, I am in Lake Tahoe at my primary residence skiing and coaching at Squaw Valley. In the summers I enjoy hiking and water skiing in Tahoe. Leeana Yonkers purchased this house in 1996 The house has a great setting that you just fall in love with plus is a great area for a vacation home, nice, clean and safe. Ocean views, sunsets, surfing spots, the great gray sand beach, the ocean breeze, everything is just amazing.
