This is a quiet and safe place. It is a property with 20 houses. We have a nice pool and a tennis court. It is located in front of the beach , it is not a turistic place is very rustic and there is not too many people.
The house has three bedrooms and two badrooms. It is well located and well equipied you just need to bring your clothes and look for a restfull time.
We have TV cable, internet, wash and dry machine.
Any question I´ll be glad to answer.

You can use the three bedrooms house and all the common areas.
Tennis court, parking spot, pool and all the garden around the area.

The neighborhood
It is a place were you get in contact again with nature, with mother earth and father ocean. !! With crabs, birds, octopus, fresh fish, seafood, wonderfull sunset and sunrise at the Laguna...endless
Getting around
If you don´t have a car there you can walk to the main Plaza and buses goes from there to many of the towns around.
And if you go to the main road, there are buses and they can take you to Puerto Vallarta.!!
Other things to note
This place is adictive the worst thing that might happen is that you always want to come back !!

Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.

This Casa is everything advertised and more. Even though it is set among other homes it is very private and has a delightful almost secluded patio where we spent most mornings with coffee and our I pads. We found having an oven and a washing machine is extremely rare in rentals and appreciated both. The many fans kept us cool and comfortable. Our Canadian neighbors were wonderfully helpful in telling us of good restaurants, upcoming festivals, and more. The vegetable and fruit trucks which come to the main driveway almost every day, and the delicious breads and pastries delivered to our door each Friday were impossible to resist! Finally, the pool was beautiful and the ocean was only a few steps away--truly paradise! We will definitely come again and will recommend it to our friends. Just what we were looking for her not an overcrowded Beach and a quiet complex with a pool and Wi-Fi and hot water and private off-street parking and room for the whole family. Contrary to what someone else said there are lots and lots of dishes and pans and even seasonings and such as that we really didn't need to get anything but minor personal preference other things we did but we just left behind for the next folks. Never even beach towels and beach chairs and she even let us use her kayak for the fishermen of the family to go fishing. Oh and a washer and dryer and clothesline was a godsend when traveling with the family. Well kept housing compound. There is also a children's play area if you have any with you that are that young... We did not... There's also surfing lessons and various sizes and types of boards and kayaks for rent nearby and a couple of restaurants on the beach and of course other heavier traffic towns are close as well.
Magnificent! This place has everything you need and then more. The location is superb, at just 15 minutes from San Francisco you get all the excitement of the night life and the privacy of a high end gated community. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded at all, is almost like you have a private beach. I will most definitely recommend it and will come back ASAP. Thank you Gaby
Arrived to find the door open with keys in the lock. No one came by to check on us the 4 days we were there. Location is good with a nice beach. No hot water till we adjusted the hot water tank ourselves, no wifi or working tv and house is very crowded with excess furniture. Nots of stuff in the kitchen except a simple pot to cook in. Place was ok but would look else where next time.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Gaby's place. It's a few steps away from an amazing beach. Gaby was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Everything went smoothly. I recommend her place if you are visiting the Lo De Marcos area.
