CONDO/HOME CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 60 days – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days, property is re-rented – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days, property is not re-rented – 50% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days – 100% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
CAMPING CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 48 hours prior to check-in time incurs a fee equal to 10% of rental total.
Less than 48 hours prior to check-in time will incur a fee equal to 50% of rental total.
Same day as check-in (or a ‘no show’) will be charge 100% of rental total.
COUNTRY LODGE CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 120 days – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 120 days, property is re-rented – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.

Dryer doesn't dry well, patio needs to be cleaned better. Bugs & weeding need to be cleaned off. Not enough parking.
Concerns about the grill but Joey already fixed it. They would use us again for their rental needs.
Loved Express check-in and the amenities making the stay relaxing & stress free. Wifi was great to keep in touch with work and enjoyed the pool. Bearlakefun voucher was a nice bonus and used effortlessly for the best day on the lake! Will try to make this an annual family getaway venue.
Would like more utensils like salad tongs and cheese grater in the kitchen. Sofa bed has stains on mattress.
The dinning room table was constantly covered with light dust.
