Description

This Family Fun Condo is situated on the southwest coast of Eden, nestled in the hills overlooking the turquoise seas of the Utah, which enables you to get the real feel of the Island.

With just two bedrooms suite you are able to relax in comfort whilst listening to the whispering trade winds of the Utah, from your private balcony you will experience some of the most amazing sunsets, whilst relaxing in your hammock.

The condo is equipped with a fully fitted kitchenette, Queen Size bed, Flat screen TV, stereo system, bathroom, lounge area which opens onto a large wrap around balcony, which has seating for eight persons. All linens are provided for your stay.

 The pool has a Jacuzzi area and four bar feces for cocktails in the pool. The BBQ is fully furnished with sink, ice cooler and fridge plus lots of storage and preparing room.

Family Fun Condo vacation rental rates $130 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

The condo has everything and more to make your experience luxurious and memorable.

Policy

50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We will be offering Travel Insurance to help protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen if you'd like to take advantage of that.

Standard Check-out Time is 11:00 a.m.
