This is a beautiful, rustic sophisticated and elegant condo with a panoramic view of the Eden from the impressive balcony. They simply fell in love with this beautiful valley and look forward to years of adventure and enjoyment here!

This brand new 3 bedroom deluxe/2.5 bath condo just recently purchased by a family from Atlanta, Georgia.  The condo is one big living room-bedroom with a big double closet and a second room with a door and a double drapery. The Master bedroom in the studio has a king-size four-poster bed and air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The kitchen is outside on the patio always breezy and nice. The kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances and the bathroom has also been similar.

The condo is centrally located only minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment in the Utah. This condo is part of the Moose Hollow Community situated on Fairway #2 of Wolf Creek Utah Resort and is minutes from Pineview Lake, Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Wolf Creek Utah Ski Resorts.

The condo vacation rental rates $160 per night. This condo is packed with mountain rustic charm with incredible views to die for - a perfect mountain getaway!

Your stay will be made perfect by enjoying the nightly wonder of a Utah sunset!

Policy

50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We will be offering Travel Insurance to help protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen if you'd like to take advantage of that.

Standard Check-In Time is 4:00 p.m.
Standard Check-out Time is 11:00 a.m.
