Description

The villa is situated within a quiet, gated community, yet only minutes from the main theme parks. A large supermarket and other shopping and dining facilities are only minutes away and golf courses are within easy reach.

The villa has no rear neighbours and as a result the views from the pool deck at sunset are spectacular. The pool itself is south facing and has a relaxing spa. There is also a shaded porch and barbeque area outside the lanai.

The villa has four bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and all bedrooms have televisions. There is a formal lounge and dining room and also a large family room. The family room has a television and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker and a dining table for informal eating.

The Master Suite has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with tub, double vanity and walk- in closet. There is a further king size bedroom, double bedroom and a twin bedroom all of which have use of a pool bathroom.

The villa has a laundry room with washer and dryer and full ironing and hanging facilities. All towels for use in the pool and house are provided.

A high speed broadband connection and upgraded cable with over 200 channels are available for guests. The villa also offers free telephone calls within the USA and Canada.

Discounts: Significant discounts are available for stays of 14 nights or more. Please contact us for information and pricing on extended stays.

Nightly: 3 Night minimum, No Holidays, (Available at owners discretion only. Please call to verify.) - $150

Cleaning: For stays less than 6 nights - $85

Pool Heat: Per night (4 night minimum by length of stay only) $212 weekly - $31
