Not a condo scene!! 30 night or longer rental only. This beautiful free standing apartment is nestled quietly away one block from a pristine, white sand beach in Historical Butler Beach, Florida. It has as beautiful private, gated, small maintained back yard. The vacation home is completely furnished. Many appliances to make you feel like you could cook about anything! I have tastefully decorated and maintained the house. There is a washer/dryer, internet/wifi, Direct TV, and all usual appliances including a dishwasher. Views are unobstructed into the back yard from the large living area. It is very private and quiet. All is on ground level with a small step up to the front and back door. There are also restaurants right there in the area of the apartment as well. The beach is a one block stroll with no major streets to cross as the apartment is east of A1A. Historical St. Augustine, the oldest town in the United States, is a 10 minute car ride with restaurants, shopping and site seeing tours. Located just one block across A1A is a wonderful boat ramp in if you wish to bring a boat or kayaks. You launch free from there. I am listing the apartment for the first time in hopes of renting to someone who wishes to get out of the northern cold for at least a month. Or, to anyone who needs at least a month to get away.Use your own laundry room with washer and dryer.  I work hard to make your stay perfect. Great deal for those who love the quiet. |
