If cancellation of your reservation is necessary, we ask you notify us 14 days in advance for a full refund. Exception: Single, or one night reservations, are binding. This means no refunds or cancellations after the reservation has been made. Less than 14 days notice, on a reservation of two or more nights, will result in a charge for one night's lodging, plus tax. "No Shows", or a cancellation on the day of your reservation, will be charged for the full reservation. As required by Washington State & Pierce County laws, all rates must be subject to a sales and lodging tax of 10.8%. |
