T1 Xico is the best decorated vacation rentals in Algarve. Granite, marble, and tile are throughout this well decorated Algarve vacation rental beach house.

Enjoy fantastic views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and family room. This beautiful kitchen has slab granite countertops, beautiful cabinets, a hand painted mural, microwave, and dishwasher and has an incredible view from the pier all the way to the end of Algarve. This spacious vacation rental sleeps 2 and features a lower level formal living room with gas log fireplace, TV, and queen sleeper sofas plus a well equipped kitchen and dining area.

A roomy guest bath with dual basin vanity and a guest bedroom with queen bed and TV complete the lower level. The huge master bath has a jetted soaking tub, dual basin vanity, dressing area and separate shower.

Enjoy swimming, surfing, whale and bird watching, horseback riding on the beach, or just kicking back and watching the sunset from one of your two private patios.

T1 Xico vacation rental rates $259 per week. Until verified, rates are subject to change without notice.

During the months of June, July, August and September we may only accept bookings with arrival and departure on Saturday.
