The comfortable sitting area with leather sofa and chairs and large screen TV provide another great indoor entertainment area. There are two bedrooms on this level, laundry room and a full bath. The 3rd level hosts the master suite with queen bed, glass enclosed shower, soaking tub, and twin vanities along with a private sitting area with TV and access to an open balcony overlooking the grounds. The outdoor areas of this home resemble a mini private resort. The swimming pool with paver brick pool deck, sandy beach, small boat ramp, residential ice maker machine for refreshing drinks, outdoor refrigerator, and ample seating opportunities pool side or in the shaded area. Rate Details: Rent is $9,975/month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office.
Additional Charges: $360 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes.
Refundable Security Deposit: $2500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $3500 without.
Utility Caps/Mo: $80 water and $200 electricity.
Pet Fees: Pets 40 lbs. and under are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.

They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.
Excellent winter of '18 in Tavenier. House was great, having our boat at the dock was fantastic. House was the perfect location for great boating on the ocean and bay sides - kayaking was good too. The house was spacious and well equipped and the pool was nice. We had a great time, we will be back next winter!
