This place was amazing location and the staff gave the best service we have experienced in Mexico. Food and drinks were very affordable. We will be back!
From the moment we arrived at Vivo Resorts we were treated like royalty. The resort is gorgeous, the views amazing, the food is delicious, the drinks, yummy. The staff are so friendly and accommodating; very courteous and helpful. Our studio was beautiful. Breath taking views of the mountains and at night some pretty spectacular lightening shows. We also had an ocean view and the sunsets EVERY NIGHT were stunning. The condo itself is bright and for its size, very spacious and well laid out. A very comfortable queen size bed and lots of cupboard and drawer storage. Modern appliances including a full sized fridge with cold water/ice dispenser, hot plate, blender, toaster, washer and dryer (no dishwasher). Beautiful granite counter top and island, a very functional kitchen space. The bathroom is lovely, a good size; not a cramped after thought with a spacious shower. There is a large patio with patio set. The views again are awesome. We were so very impressed with the resort amenities. Beautiful pool with swim up bar. Bistro 216 serves the most mouth watering 5 star meals. The beach is fabulous. Miles and miles of white sand beach. Watching the waves roll in does not get old. The numerous pods of fish or dolphins and the diving birds keep you amused and once a week there is a turtle release on the beach outside the resort that guests can participate in. The occasional whale can be seen passing by, or so we have been told; but did not see them this trip. The grounds are impeccably kept, lawn perfectly manicured as are all the flower beds. There are so many hard working staff making everything beautiful. There is a shuttle into town 4 time a day, return three times a day. There are so many beaches in Puerto. Lots of shopping, restaurants, night life, fishing, kayaking, surfing, the list goes on and on and on. These was no time to be bored. The locals are all friendly and helpful and make sure you stop by to see Gina on the Adoquin. She is the Goddess of Puerto and knows absolutely everything about anything Puerto. Don't miss Playa Carizalillo or the Rinconda and don't forget to visit Playa Zicatela and watch the surfers. I would not hesitate to recommend Vivo Resorts to friends and family. It really is such an excellent value for your money and the resort itself just cannot be beat, in my humble opinion. Vivo Resorts is paradise; but shhh, don't tell anyone. Best kept little secret I am happy to have found.
