Bring your boat to tie up to a boat slip during the day on the community pier just two properties down the lakeside conservancy path, with boat launch and beach close by. A small arbor of young trees greets you as you pull into the long driveway of this 5 acre waterfront parcel. Arbor Shores has plenty of space to accommodate your extended family of 14. As you walk into the great room with high cathedral windows and massive beams, you will immediately feel at peace. To the left, enjoy the large screened-in porch with table to partake in evening meals leading to the deck … or walk out the patio door on the right for enjoyment of this wrap-around deck. Arbor Shores is very tastefully decorated in the Northwoods’ style with full log furniture throughout.
The main level of Arbor Shores has the open great room, kitchen and dining area … with hallway and full bath leading to a queen bedroom, and the master bedroom and master bath with jet tub and separate shower. Go up the log stairs to the elongated loft bedroom overlooking the great room, with 2 queen-size beds and shower bath for your convenience. The lower level opens into the relaxing game room with sitting room, ping-pong table, dart board and the 4th bath. There are another 2 bedrooms down the hall … one queen. and one king with additional futon for a private sitting area or additional sleeping. With large open areas, full wood flooring and logs throughout, you will feel the comfort this owner has designed for his family.
Lake Petenwell is the 2nd largest inland lake in Wisconsin with 23,000 acres, featuring excellent boating, swimming and fishing. Explore and take in nature at the Necedah National Wildlife Refuge with visitor center, walking paths, lookout towers and bicycling this 44,000 acre park. Only 10 minutes to Nekoosa HoChunk casino, 15 minutes to the WI Rapids, and 45 minutes to the Wisconsin Dells attractions for a full day of activities for the kids. Or take a day trip to Spring Green, Frank Lloyd Wright center, and the House on the Rock. Relaxation or water-front activities … the choice is yours!

| •Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are CONFIRMED upon receipt of the signed rental agreement, guest data sheet, and reservation deposit. The guest named on the rental agreement is the party responsible for the reservation, adhering to our policies, and assuring the property is appropriately maintained during the stay. CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are refundable (less a 10% administration fee of the total base rental) due to cancellations with a minimum 60 day notice prior to arrival. A refund with less than 60 days notice is possible only when that home becomes booked and rented during that same rental period. PROCEDURE: Only when we have received the signed rental agreement and completed Guest Data Sheet is your confirmation complete. Upon receipt of your deposit, the rental agreement (showing amount due upon arrival), directions to the home, an area map, a list of amenities, and your personal lockbox combination is mailed to you. The lockbox allows you immediate key retrieval for the home. Upon your arrival, call us immediately at 888-404-2688 to arrange a time when we can meet you at the home (either early that evening or early the next morning), so we may acquaint you with the area, answer any questions you may have, and to complete the paperwork and final payment. The credit card listed on the Guest Data Sheet must be presented at this time. |

We loved our week at Arbor Shores….Great home, great location, great beach! (Access to the lake was definitely a plus on this home). Overall a great property and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again in the future. Thanks again!
