This beautifully decorated and well-appointed beach house is located in Nags Head with views of the ocean and the sound. It will make your vacation dreams come true. Built in 2002 it features central heating and air conditioning, 50' HIGH DEFINITION TV plus 2 flat screen TV's & lower level TV, 2 DVD's and 1 VCR, a master suite, an in ground swimming pool with privacy fence, 6 person hot tub, high speed wireless internet access, cathedral ceilings in both the Living Room and Master Suite, gas fireplace, gas BBQ, a game room with foosball table and a remodeled Tiki Bar next to the pool for afternoon relaxation.
This beach home is located just 3 lots from the Ocean, and just a short 1-2 minute stroll from the beach and Jennette's Pier. Enjoy ocean and sound views with magnificent sunrises and sunsets.
The first level features a recreation room with TV and foosball table, bathroom and a washer/dryer with steps leading to the pool, covered hot tub and tiki bar, and outdoor shower enclosed in a privacy fence. There is a fish cleaning area and built in BBQ as well.
On the second level you will find 4 bedrooms. 1 with a queen bed, 1 with a king bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 with a pyramid bunk bed(double on bottom and single on top), with 2 full bathrooms available. There are covered porches to the front and rear featuring views of the ocean from the rear of the house and the sound from the front.
The third level features the master suite with king size bed, tub, shower, double sinks and a cathedral ceiling. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator and ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and blender, with a breakfast bar seating 4 next to an adjoining dining area which seats 8. The kitchen, dining area and living room all feature cathedral ceilings throughout. You can enjoy the big screen TV while sitting in front of a warm fire on a cool evening. The living room opens to a full length deck featuring ocean views.

This rental house is in a great location across the street from Jeanette's Pier, surf shop, seafood market, food and tackle store, and a burger joint. A beach access is less than 2 blocks away and a easy walk. The pool and hot tub were great, after a long day fishing and playing in the surf. There were only 2 in our party, but there is plenty of room for larger families. Upstairs features a nice sized kitchen, with plenty of room to eat and relax. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor has great views of the sound and has a large bathroom. The house is close to the main road, so there is some early morning traffic noise on the bedrooms that face the road. The back decks feature a slight view of the ocean, and are great to relax on in the evenings. We had no problems, but the owners were quick to return our emails. Overall, a great house that I would definitely return too!
First family vacation to the OBX. We all had a blast. It was conveniently located a short walk to the beach and to Jeanette's Pier. The owner was good to work with. And loved the house. Loved the pool and tiki bar! Lots of room to relax...well equipt kitchen, cozy couches and comfortable beds. Short walk to the ocean and right around the corner from Fatboyz. We will most certainly be back,
We rented this house for a week vacation this May with family. The hot tub was wonderful and the Tiki Bar was a fun place to hang out. Ken was easy to deal with and it is located at a great location with short walk to the beach.
We rented this house for a week with another family. The 5 bedrooms were plenty of room for all 8 of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool (although cold in April), hot tub, and especially the foosball table. The location is great and an easy walk to Jeannette's Pier, the beach, good restaurants, and shopping. Short drive to NC Aquarium, Wright Brothers, Jockey's Ridge, etc. Would highly recommend!
My friends and I did a mini-reunion over New Years week of 2014. The house was just what we needed and it was wonderful to enjoy the Outer Banks off season! We spent time exploring the beach, heading down to the lighthouse, and lounging around the wonderful house and hot tub. The pictures on the VRBO website accurately depicted the house and all its features. The hard wood floors and low pile carpet were greatly appreciated, specifically for easy cleaning of sand! The gas fireplace was great and did an incredible job of heating the main living area. One thing to note that may be useful is the master bedroom/bath is on the main floor with the kitchen/living room. After a second glance, this is semi-depicted in the pictures on the website, but we did not realize until we got there. We would love to come back during another season to be able to enjoy the Tiki bar and pool too!
