A 3-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, beautifully decorated vacation home. The first floor features a bedroom with a queen size bed. The main floor features a great open living/dining area, a large kitchen, a gas fireplace, and 3/4 bath. The 3rd floor features a master bedroom with a king size bed and a walk-out balcony, another bedroom with a king size bed, and 1-full bath. This vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. |

RESERVATIONS: CANCELLATIONS:
If cancellation is received 21-days or greater prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date, a Cancellation Fee in the amount of $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) shall be withheld from the Advance Reservation Payment, and the remaining balance shall be credited back to our Guest. Cancellations received 20 through 15-days prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date shall forfeit the Advance Reservation Payment*. Cancellations received with 14-days or less notice forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire rental period, in which case only the $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) Cancellation Fee shall be withheld, and the remaining balance shall be credited back to our Guest. |
